At TechsRUs we don't spend time and energy using flashy gimmicks to support our clients. We offer a standard hourly rate of $49 no matter what the service is. We don't charge extra for businesses. We don't charge extra for after hours or same day appointments. We don't charge mileage and we don't charge extra to provide friendly, professional and timely service.
 Our onsite technicians are experienced with Mac and Windows. We can help with almost any issue, and if we can't there's no charge.
The $49/hr rate is billed in quarter hours after the first hour and most jobs can be completed on-site, in front of you providing an extra level of comfort that we are treating your technological devices and data with the care that should be taken.
TechsRUs is based out of Central Connecticut allowing us to support the entire state. Most problems can be resolved within two hours and include a 90 day service warranty and one year on any parts we use.
